Pickles: The Underrated Snack
I would like to start off by saying that I Edyta Sikon LOVE, not like, but LOVE pickles. I think some things are very underrated in our world, and pickles are one of them. Not only are pickles a healthy and crunchy snack alternative, but they have many benefits. To start off, pickles are a good source of antioxidants and nutrients, they also are a probiotic which is a gut friendly bacteria that is good for you. Pickles have been stereotyped as a pregnant women snack, but there is a reason for this. It is believed that pickles ease nausea and morning sickness. There are many different kinds of pickles with many different kinds of benefits, so before you judge this snack, give it a try and you may actually enjoy it.

WOW. I didn't expect to be reading about pickles today! I used to like them. I kinda love the sweet gherkins, but now, I worry about the sugar content. I just got away from eating pickles. Maybe I"ll try again. Do you do fried pickles? (apparently this is a thing) :)
